Spacious Day 21: Make a List

With 9 days left in this little journey, let’s bring on more structure. Today I sat down and made a list. I picked 9 little projects I’d like completed — 9 areas I’d love to see more place in. I also marked down how long I suspected each would take me and then assigned them to the remaining days. Here’s what I’ve noticed:

It often takes much less time to clear the clutter then the amount of time (and energy) we waste ruminating about it.

That’s why it’s so useful to estimate how long each will take.  

So here’s the plan:

1. Create a list of mini projects for the remaining days.
2. Estimate the time it will take to complete each one.
3. Assign the projects to the remaining days.
4. Book time in your schedule to complete them.

You may be wondering why we didn’t make the list right from the start. That’s because I wanted to experiment. Does it work better to follow our flow each day, or create a list and stick with it? I’ll soon find out. There is no right or wrong way to create space. Just what works! I’m  interested to know what works best for you! ♥
