Today I’ve been getting my feet back underneath me — literally and figuratively — after my fainting this week. I am so thankful for my body. I take good care of it, but I have a feeling I don’t know half of what it does for me.
Today instead of focusing on whether I worked out, what I ate, how strong I am or how my clothes fit, I just give thanks. I invite you to do the same, regardless of how you currently look or feel about your body.
Today, in this moment, can you be grateful for your body without needing to change a thing?
