Sugar may be sweet, but seeing facts like this is shocking.
Did you know that the average child consumes 32 teaspoons of sugar a day? Both in obvious forms like candy, cookies, pop and sugary cereals and also hidden in bread, dressings, ketchup, mayonnaise, and peanut butter? Sugar is everywhere in processed foods. The effects on our society are staggering and, unfortunately, will only get worse unless we consciously adjust.

Do you know how much sugar you consume daily? Could you live without it? I’ve definitely been reducing my intake as part of my wellness efforts. But lately I’ve had the thought to eliminate it entirely and see what changes occur. I’m not brave enough yet, but getting close. What about you?
