How many times do you hide your brilliance? How often do you accept something less for yourself than you know is yours to live?
These words came to me while running on the treadmill. Call it a Divine Download. My invitation is that you turn your beautiful face to the sun and allow your inner and outer beauty to take centre stage. The world needs your sparkle, and your sparkle is enough.
“Why do you hide your face from the world?
I made you beautiful so that you would shine.
Are you embarrassed with my creation?
Would you have it some other way?
Can you trust that I made you uniquely you for a reason?
Will you take care of that creation as your soul promised me
you would when you were born to this earth?
I will support you in being beautiful and expressing that beauty.
Now do me a favour — walk proudly in your body.
Love and nurture it. You are not invisible even if you tried.
I see you. Let the world see you. The Real You.
This is not about protection. Who are you protecting yourself from?
Who are the demons you fear? Let them go.
Rise to show me not just your face, but your gorgeous sparkling spirit.
I made you strong and beautiful beyond what you know yourself to be.
And if ever you doubt that, come talk to me.

This e-mail was timely as I’ve not been feeling so great about myself lately (wondering if you’re having another 90 day challenge in the fall). You’ve reminded me how much we sacrifice as mothers, wives, volunteers & employees — to the point where we have nothing left to give. This divine download also reminds me of the less-than-perfect but ultimately wonderful people out there who are always a positive charge to your day. Some days, I really thank God for them and wish I could be more the same.
And as for your Hanna-isms that are SO GREAT, well, you know where she gets it from!!!!

I agree. If the inner well is empty, it is no wonder we don’t feel well. And we can’t give what we don’t have. You too are one of those wonderful people. Never discount yourself. I suspect you just need some permission to honour yourself, rest, reframe and get back to basics that have you thriving.
Yes, I plan to run a similar journey in the fall. I’ll be announcing that in early August, so keep an eye out in the ezine. I’m also looking to offer a group coaching program starting in November called Live Your Sparkle Mastery Program. The 90 day journey revealed so much juice about the power of fabulous women to support each other through life’s highs and lows. It’s been remarkable to witness and I’d like to bring more of that to the world!
