Paula Onysko has enjoyed 15 years in investor communications, writing award-winning annual reports, websites, press releases, conference call scripts and AGM presentations. She has also successfully organized investor tours in unique locations such as Yemen, the U.A.E, the U.K., the Gulf of Mexico and the Alberta oil sands.
With a commerce degree and chartered accountant training, Paula has a solid understanding of business fundamentals and the unique ability to help executives, teams and companies express themselves in simple, yet powerful ways.
Paula has acted as an advisor to top senior management, helping them strengthen their communication and leadership skills. She now offers communications courses to corporate teams to broaden that knowledge throughout the company.
Privately, Paula coaches corporate females and working women from all walks of life to help them improve work-life balance, wellness, communication and their overall happiness. She is a big-picture strategist with a strong intuition and analytical mind. She loves brainstorming for new ideas and is exceptional at developing plans to lead a team in implementing them from start to finish.
