AM Bliss Day 21: Integration

When we take what we’ve learned and integrate it, we reinforce our own wisdom. We say to our inner voice, I hear you. I’m listening. And I trust you to guide me.

This past week has been so rich with insights and amazing momentum. But on the weekend I hit a wall… “No more NEW!” Just integrate what’s right in front of me. Take a moment to catch my breath and catch up on my Freedom List. I can’t tell you how powerful that Freedom List is. When I’m busy working away at it, I’m truly feeling the freedom it brings from creating space in my life. When I leave it for a bit, I feel the tightness build in me.

So today and this week are all about integration — integrating my learning from this journey, bringing my Freedom List back into focus, plus using my tracking sheet again to help me complete all the AM rituals that set me up for a fabulous day. I  just printed out my tracking sheet for the week. Using it last week was so useful. It showed me that I did most of the rituals, most of the days — which is GOOD ENOUGH!  (80/20 rule)

Today will be the last day I officially write about the AM Bliss journey. The conversation is shifting for me, and I’m excited to follow that flow to what is next. Plus I’m having this feeling that 21 days is the perfect length for a journey — recognizing the need for integration time. I still plan to continue the routine and will report on it periodically.

I’d love to hear your thoughts.

Did you enjoy the journey? Did you partake in it? If so, what did you notice? What did it shift in you? Tomorrow I’ll share some topics for future journeys. I’d love to know which you’d find most helpful in your own life.

Now for some well earned soak time! My bath water is running… Enjoy this day.

With love,
Paula

  1. Watching your progression has been wonderful … a time fraught with considerable learning not only for you Paula but for those who have accompanied you, such as me, on this amazing journey of self-reflection, self-introspection, and resultant self-growth.

It has been so rewarding … so heart-warming watching you rise … watching you plateau … only to rise again! The cycle of growth … the cycle of life at its best!

Integration is an accurate description of where you are! The past weekend, devoid of the incredible positive momentum of the week prior and before, signals INTEGRATION in a big way! The Universe has fittingly given you all that you can handle … perhaps all that you need … at this time for you to be able to take the quantum leap ahead that this week and onwards will bring as you subconscioulsy and consciously integrate the learnings of the past 21 days.

I too have experienced considerable growth while accompanying you on this journey. My raison d’etre has always been “to be there for others … to help and support others” … this has not changed whatsoever. The connection tightly interwoven here is simple yet powerful! That connection is that on your journey, whether it be documented for others to see or whether it is housed in the Universe for only select people to access, know that I gladly and willingly continue accompanying you along this journey serving both as highly supportive friend and your safety-net whenever times of increased challenge or higher level growth present.

Integrate … relax … enjoy … revel and reflect in self-development … celebrate immense achievement! Enjoy the serenity and contentment of this plateau … truly soak in the accomplishments of the past 21 days … glance rewardingly back at time prior to these recent times … Not to gloat but to understand, appreciate, and respect the journet … the growth … your transformation! When you are ready, you will strive for plateaus even higher … for this is the essence of life.

  2. Murray, How beautiful!! Your words simply reach and embrace me! I’m speechless actually. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Yes, this time of integration is such a rich gift I give myself. So much to dance with, try on, embrace and celebrate.

In years past, I wouldn’t have seen the beauty in pausing to integrate. Now I know it is essential for me to continue blossoming.

    Much Love,

  3. Dear Paula, these 3 weeks have been very valuable to me.It did bring a shift in me. Especially I felt more connected to my real needs, and listening to that and giving myself what I was needing , made me stronger.I am in a very particular situation where I have to start all over again in all areas of my life! So it is very important to feel strong and with energy, I did my morning routines and then I realised I needed an afternon one as well, or I would lose my focus by mid afternoon, so I started going for a walk or a ride in the bike in the afternoon, and that helped me to keep connected and feel happier.I want to thank you because your company has helped me a lot, sometimes you wrote just what I needed in order to feel better! so thank you for your lovely company and love!

    • Dear Silvina, I’m absolutely thrilled you benefited from this journey and the amazing shifts happening within you. I’m also delighted to hear you trusting your own sage voice within. She is wise and knows what you need — always. Starting over again is actually such a powerful place. Yes, it may be scary at first. But see it as that blank canvas on which you get to paint the most amazing picture of your life. You are protected and guided — particularly as you stay connected to your own sparkle and sage! Much love, Paula
