Today I feel like dancing. This picture captures the lightness and sparkle I feel inside — no doubt because I’m getting really conscious in my life. I’m getting conscious with my time, my thoughts, my energy and my body. This AM Bliss Journey is really helping (and it’s only Day 3!!)
If you are sitting on the sidelines reading my posts, I invite you to join in on my journeys! They are so powerful. You have to experience them to know. I can’t emphasize that enough.
Once we begin taking care of our lives, shaping them with tender affection, we can transform and heal anything. The heart knows how to do that. BUT we must give it space and attention.
I’m off to finish my morning routine and then see my daughter off on her field trip. She’s so excited. She even woke up early just to make sure she wasn’t late for the bus. Gosh, I wish I lived close to a pool today. I feel like swimming and splashing.

And you’re so right….it’s all about action, getting into the game vs sitting on the sidelines. Today I make the choice to amp up my own morning game – Morning Meditation, more journaling and spacious quality time with my gorgeous children. No rushing frenetics to start my day.
